Billing
Undeny is a monthly subscription of $99 per month for founding pilots ($199 per month at the public price). You are billed monthly on the date you subscribed, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from the Billing page in the app or by emailing pilots@undeny.xyz. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. Your data stays available for export after cancellation — nothing is deleted.
First-month refund for founding pilots
If Undeny doesn't pay for itself in your first month, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we refund that first month in full — no questions, no forms. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
After the first month
Later charges are generally not refundable, because cancellation is immediate and self-serve. If something went wrong — a billing error, a duplicate charge, or the product was unusable — email us and we will make it right.
